About

I have had the pleasure to grow up, live, and work in Victoria and its many diverse neighborhoods. Since childhood, I have loved Victoria’s architecture. Walking after school in historic James Bay, Fairfield and Fernwood, the Arts and Crafts, Edwardian and Victorian homes that lined the streets captured my imagination. More recently through my experiences as a realtor, I have gained a great appreciation for Mid-century Modern homes designed by architects like John DeCastri, and contemporary architecture including environmentally friendly passive homes.

Though even as a child I loved watching the real estate network, I was initially hesitant to become a realtor due to the widespread perception of aggressive salesmanship. But after becoming a real estate investor in 2015, I decided to become a licensed realtor and pursue a field that had interested me for many years, in the city that I love so much. Since then, I have had the pleasure of representing many great clients I now call friends. I have deep roots in Victoria, with great connections to many skilled trades and have been a foster parent since 2010, watching many youths grow up to be young men.

I strive to offer a different real estate experience by providing unparalleled personal service, in-depth research, and expert negotiation rather than high pressure sales and fanatical prospecting. My goal is to provide a more personal and organic experience. You will never see my face on a bus stop, billboard, or flier in your mailbox. Clients can expect full detail- oriented and client-focused service as part of my listing package, including home de cluttering, cleaning, professional staging, and photos as you prepare to sell your home.
