Rooted in Victoria.
Guided by Integrity.
From heritage homes to modern design, I bring lifelong local insight and hands-on care to your real-estate journey.
Berk Christensen.

Born and raised in Victoria, I developed a lifelong fascination with its architecture, from Arts & Crafts bungalows to sleek passive-design homes. Today, I work deeply across the city’s diverse neighbourhoods, applying that local knowledge to every listing. My approach is simple: honest communication, meticulous preparation, and hands-on involvement every step of the way.
I currently live in the Saxe Point neighbourhood with my wife and daughter, in a lovingly restored 1911 Arts and Crafts home, just across the street from the house I grew up in.
What truly set him apart was his talent for showcasing our heritage home's unique magic and character.
"Berk made our home selling process incredibly smooth, even as we navigated an international move. His deep knowledge of the James Bay market was evident from the start, leading to a fantastic and quick outcome for both parties. What truly set him apart was his talent for showcasing our heritage home's unique magic and character. He captured its character perfectly in listings and shared its story effectively with potential buyers. Berk expertly navigated every step, from staging to the final closing paperwork. We felt completely supported and informed throughout the entire process. If you need a realtor who gets exceptional results under pressure, look no further!"

he literally showed up with his own vacuum and broom!
"Although my husband and I were daunted at the prospect of selling our house, we were quickly
reassured when we hired Berk as our realtor.
Not only was Berk helpful in his advice at how to proceed, he also went above-and-beyond our expectations in all the help he gave us, he literally showed up with his own vacuum and broom!
I highly recommend Berk to anyone looking to sell or buy, as I can't imagine a realtor who is more hard-working, helpful and honest in his dealings with his clients."
